IDT GLOBAL does not hold responsibility for any customs charges or local taxes due to the international shipments. Please check with your country's tax authorities. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. 

If delivery is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes or tariffs and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the items only, minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. This is because orders are immediately transferred to our warehouse and their system for processing and dispatch. 

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order. In particular, we recommend double checking your email and delivery address.

As per our terms and conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel an order any time up until it is dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking confirmation email is sent.
